April at Work!
« on: January 28, 2017, 04:17:08 PM »
Yes April has a new job, she is now the Color Scientist behind the upcoming ( PermaColor by Miss Atleur ) line of:  Semi and Permanent TPE Coloring System.  She has it down I do believe but she does appear to be a bit tired in some of the pictures. That is OK, I made her take a break for some sex I mean rest!

And without further adoo:  http://missatleur.com/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=8  She claims that she could work more effectively with a real lab. We will see!

noquiexis;  Thank you for your kind comments, since the advent that mineral oil is actually good and in fact somewhat necessary for prolonged TPE health, owners have found out that it is very difficult to add a lasting color to their dolls with out having to constantly redo it and have had issues with smearing and also the color getting on them from casual or closer direct contact. This will solve those problems.

I think this might be a good thread to post some regular updates to the project! So check back for updates!

Well;  our public trials are so far going well, we have not received as many feedbacks as hoped, but it is always expected that not all participants will give feedback one way or another. But from the ones that we have heard from we have learned a lot. (1): To date the color seems to be compatible with WM, OR and YL TPE formulations for sure. We are awaiting some TPE samples from D4E so that we can check compatibility with their formula. It seems that the adhesion is working out quite well, and the color is as we expected very good if applied and then dabbed with mineral oil is quite shiny, if applied and then powdered is a very soft pastel. This color is solvent based, so we have had some comments of the initial odor, but it is gone in about 30 minutes to 1 hour after application.

We are learning a lot and from the feedback that we have gotten, have decided to continue testing, but we do not feel it it quite ready for the market just yet!

And the saga continues!!

Thanks Ray;  just have to get it where it feels like it is complete. So many TPE formulations that I still have to test to make sure it will be compatible with, or at least confirm if there are any that it is not compatible with. So far so good, but still is a lot to be learned yet!

A re-post from ODC!

So; the team at missatleur has been hard at work on our BodyColor by MissAtleur, and other projects concerning Doll care and repair, and yes Kayla has returned to missatleur. TommyLLama has been persuaded to take the position of our OFFICIAL videographer, so we can now get some more good videos posted. But even more importantly, we have started taking some orders on a limited basis, as we are still working some things out.
We have a pretty good pallet of colors to start with as shown below, forgive the poor quality of the picture, CC's photographic ability is next to none at all, but he tries hard.

We have 14 colors to start with. So far, Rose Red and Passion Pink has been the top sellers, but Ruby Red and the Chauffeur White is closing fast. We have reformulated to get a thinner formulation which is much easier to apply. Also there is now no need to powder before applying the color. We have added the 1/2 oz. nail polish size bottle for the color, and this is our most popular size of color, the package that we used for the public trials is now our 4 color sampler kit. Both the 1/2 oz. Bottle and the Sampler Kit are going for $10.00 this includes shipping in the US. Sorry, but for orders outside the US shipping is extra.  All of the proceeds from the sale of the color is going to the further development of components and procedures to aid in Doll Repair and Maintenance.

With the continued help of TommyLLama, we have a few more videos that will be posted on missatleur soon, a surgery on a Huge Breast YL and a video on a very effective but Doll safe cleaning method for fixed vagina ladies.

We are still working on improving the payment system for the color, but it all goes through PayPal so it is very sucure and safe to use.

We would like to Sincerely Thank everyone for Their Support, Their Interest and Their input and suggestions to help Us, help Our Synthetic Partners to lead a better and longer existence with us!   8)

crazycajun,

Nicely done! Who better to improve the doll hobby than doll owners? Once you get the purchase details worked out, be sure to post them on The Auction Block board or the TPE Marketplace board (your choice) where they will be easier to find. Since this will be a continually-available product, we'll make it a Sticky after you post it.
